Zoom Puppy Classes

Don’t let the pandemic ruin your training! The Great Outpaws runs zoom training classes specifically crafted to help new puppy owners and those of young dogs.

They allow you to start training your puppy as soon as they arrive home. They ensure that puppies learn in an environment they feel safe within.

If online is not your thing, watch this space for release dates of our in person puppy classes.

Our classes run for 5 weeks

We have 2 courses available

‘Great Foundations’ for pups from 8-19 weeks of age and 20 weeks to 7 months.

This is a practical course covering all the basics you’ll need to help you begin your training journey and set your puppy up for success.

The course covers sit, settling , introductions to the following – recall, loose lead walking, scent games and tricks and more. All of which can be used in every day life with your pup to help engage, bond and strengthen your relationship.

Classes run for 5 weeks on Thursdays

6pm : 8-19 weeks of age

7pm : 20 weeks -7 months

Max 4 per session £50

Alongside our practical course is our ‘Puppy Know How’ course.

This is a 5 week course and for owners of young pups from 8 weeks of age.

You can sign up even before your puppy comes home to give them the best start possible.

The course covers all the common puppy concerns; from the first night to toileting, socialisation , nipping and much more.

These sessions are an opportunity to discuss your issues and the course comes with slides to guide you though the sessions.

Tuesdays at 6pm – 60 mins – 5 weeks – £50
